How do I restore my purchases?
To restore your tip history or recurring support, open the Votebook app, see “Support & Feedback” at the bottom of the main menu, select “Support Us”, and scroll to the bottom of the card to tap “Restore Purchases.”
How do I cancel my monthly support subscription?
All subscriptions are managed directly by your device’s app store. For iOS users: open your iPhone Settings app > Tap your Name at the top > Tap “Subscriptions” > Select Votebook and tap Cancel.
How do I request data deletion?
Votebook does not require user accounts and does not collect or store your personal data. If you have sent an email to our support team and wish for us to permanently delete your correspondence from our inbox, please email your request to [email protected].
